While browsing through a used book store in the heart of Tokyo, I came across a book titled Classic Hotel - Great Hotels of the World.

There, among some of the great hotels of the world, Le Montreux Palace (Switzerland), Hotel de Crillon (Paris), Royal Crescent Hotel (Britain), The Palace Hotel (San Francisco) and Hotel de Paris (Monaco), was none other than the Coco Palms Hotel.

This book was printed in Japan in 1990 and is no longer in print. Ten pages were dedicated to the Coco Palms Hotel, featuring all the beautiful color photographs you see below.
