The dinner menu dates back to the evening of January 22, 1960, and features your choice of broiled lobster, barbeque beef or pork chops, broiled mahimahi, or Hawaiian oven-baked chicken, for $3.62, tax included.

The menu also features the old Hawaiian legend of The Sleeping Giant of Nuunou Mountain in Wailua. The Coco Palms Hotel sits in the shadow of this legendary mountain.
